Medusa-Auctioneers are not professional consignors. We have outsourced this service to an outside party that has a lot of experience and works for many auction houses. They have a customer rating of 9.2.
Step 1.
You will go to easy2send's site via the link below.
Step 2.
You specify which lot number(s) you are interested in. You fill in the requested data on the offer site. If you do not have all the data then you make a request via email, and you provide the lot numbers.
Note! If you purchase a number of lots, the total cost of transportation is lower than if you create a separate order for each lot.
Step 3.
You bid on the lot and win. You then give the final order for shipment. You receive an invoice from easy2send which you pay. After that, easy2send goes to work and you receive your won item at the address you provided.

Please note that easy2send will only pick up if the invoice for transportation has been paid to them. Medusa-Auctioneers only releases goods that have been paid to us. Therefore, you will pay two invoices.

Of course, you can also choose to pick up your purchases. Just make an appointment via our digital calendar. We will then prepare your purchases for you. To do this, we will of course need your bid number/invoice number and/or your lot numbers. If you use your own transporter, he must also make an appointment. He will also need to have a lot list with him. The responsibility for your purchases will then rest with your chosen carrier.
